On Friday, Danilina was unable to break through the qualification barrier in the 10m air pistol shooting competition, taking 20th place with a score of 375 points.

"Personally, I am not very happy with the result. Of course, I wanted to do everything I could at the time. I have had a few health problems. I had an injury, and as it hasn’t fully healed, my results didn’t turn out well,” said Danilina.

In the results of the qualification rounds, the Russian team, comprising Liubov Yaskevich, Daria Danilina and Ekaterina Korshunova, were the best, scoring a total of 1,133 points. “We generally shoot to an average level, but we have one girl who is very good. She’s very lucky for us, to be honest. But the fact is that none of us seriously failed, and we came out first. We’re so glad. Team gold – it’s great,” added the Russian.
