Spectator information

At each sports venue and at the Kazan Arena Stadium, where the Opening the Closing Ceremonies of the Games will be held, there will be an information desk and a lost and found office.

At the information desk people can learn about the sights of Kazan and Tatarstan, the Summer Universiade, sports, team officials, sports programme, results of competitions, cultural programmes, public transit, Universiade venues, tours, cafes and restaurants, things to do in the city, hotels, banks and ATMs, currency exchange rates and exchange offices, ticket offices, and hospitals.

Lost and found offices at competition venues are designed to accept and record applications about lost/found personal items at the venue, as well as storing items found during the workday.

Lost and found offices are located in the lobby of each venue or in a temporary facility on the premises of the venue and are combined with the information desk at competition venues. Working hours of the lost and found office depend on the schedule of events at the venue.

Announcements of lost and found items will be placed on a flip chart in the Information Desk and Lost and Found zone.

Issuance of found items is carried out in the presence of a completed application containing a detailed description and presentation of a passport.
